Q: What equipment is available?
A: We've got convection ovens, burners, griddles, fryers, sinks, prep
tables, and more. Full equipment list is provided after onboarding.
Licensing
Q: What type of licensing support do you offer?
A: We assist with DBPR, DOH, and Department of Agriculture licensing. That
includes paperwork, inspections, and compliance help for food trucks, carts, and packaged
products.
Q: Do you guarantee approval for licenses?
A: We guide you through the process and help set everything up correctly,
but final approval is always up to the licensing agency.

Pricing
Q: When is payment due?
A: Payments are due upfront before using the space. Monthly packages renew
every 30 days unless paused or canceled.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Due to limited kitchen availability, all payments are non-refundable
once time is booked or services have started.

Q: Is storage included?
A: Storage options (cold, freezer, and dry) are included in select
packages or available as add-ons.
Q: Do I need to clean up after myself?
A: Yes — all users must clean their station and sanitize their area. We
provide cleaning supplies, and failure to clean may result in penalties.

Q: How do I become a member?
A: Start by booking a tour or submitting an application. Once approved,
we'll get you licensed, onboarded, and cooking in no time.
